Booking & Service Policy

All deposits are non-refundable in the event of client cancellation. If Cooknwithanne must cancel for any reason, your deposit will be fully refunded. In the event of inclement weather that prevents travel to your event location, deposits remain non-refundable.

Final balance is due five days before scheduled booking before or by 9am central time. If final balance is not paid the entire booking will be forfeited. A $25 fee will be added to the final balance each day if paid late.

Once your dinner or brunch time is confirmed, it is reserved exclusively for you and may not be changed. Requests for earlier or later service times may be accommodated based on availability and will incur an additional fee.

Finalized menus may not be changed. Any last-minute package adjustments, guest count changes, or booking modifications beyond one revision will result in a $250 inconvenience fee, which will be added to your final balance.

To ensure a seamless experience, the kitchen and dishes must be clean upon arrival. For safety and efficiency, we kindly request minimal traffic in the kitchen during service to allow adequate space for preparation and cooking.

A finalized menu selection is required no later than seven (7) days prior to your scheduled booking date.
