Please read before booking!

My wonderful assistant Lisa handles all booking inquiries. Once deposit is paid I will send you you invoice including all booking details. Final payments are due five days before scheduled booking before or by 9:00am CST. Four courtesy reminders will be sent via email. If you fail to pay the final balance you will forfeit your deposit and booking. All deposits are non-refundable in the event you have to cancel. If I have to cancel the deposit will be refunded. If there is inclement weather that prevents me from traveling to your cabin or event the deposit is nonrefundable.
Also please note all supplies and expenses for your event will be deducted from the final balance if weather changes interfere with your booking. We can also offer the opportunity of rescheduling. Once a dinner or brunch time is set, it can not be changed. Once we agree on an arrival time it can not be changed if you are more than 15 minutes late I will have to leave and you forfeit the deposit and final balance. If you need to schedule for an earlier or later time a fee will be added. Once a menu is set it can not be changed. Please make sure you are reading what is included in the package. Failure to include all menu items wanted will not result in a refund. Package changes made within less than 30 days away from booking (group number) or any other changes to your booking will result in an inconvenience fee. The inconvenience fee of $350.00 will be added to your final balance.  Last minute booking cancellations less than 20 days away will result in 100% of the final balance being forfeited. Kitchen and dishes must be cleaned upon my arrival. In order for me to best serve you please keep traffic in the kitchen so
